The restaurant Can Gat is located right on the beach of Cala Sant Vicent, midway along its circumference. For more than thirty years it has been a reference point for fish and seafood, fresh from Ibiza and always top quality.
Both owner, Jaume Marí and chefs are native islanders, a fact which becomes clear when they dish up their traditional Ibicenco and sea-based cuisine and friendly service.
Post-it: In addition to fish, they have fantastic rice dishes. To recommend but a few: their mixed paella, their fish and seafood paella, rice stew with lobster, fish stew (bullit de peix) with arroz a banda (typical rice dish), grilled fish and seafood platter, lobster stew. Mouthwatering!
