Es caliu restaurant was founded in 1972 and it’s already a must in the Ibicenco cuisine.
Placed in an old rustic farmhouse on the road from Ibiza Town to Sant Joan. Their specialty is grilled meat (wood fire essence!!) and only use quality products and it shows. Friendly and close service. Its customers are both, island residents and visitors.
