The surroundings of Sant Miquel are a magnificent starting point for enjoying Ibizan gastronomy. Seafood cuisine reigns supreme, with dishes such as the ‘bullit de peix’, the fish salmorra or the grill, which are combined with rice, fideuá and local products of impressive quality, such as red prawn or lobster.
For meat eaters, unusual and filling recipes such as ‘sofrit pagès’, arroz de matanzas or the fried pork. In addition, fresh and delicious salads, such as the ‘crostes’ or the payesa, and a selection of very old-fashioned desserts, sometimes with Arab reminiscences, such as ‘flao’ and ‘greixonera‘. All of this dressed with extra virgin olive oil and washed down with wine that is made on the island. As a complement, a wide range of restaurants with international cuisine of high quality, a short distance from our agrotourism destination.
