They prepare fresh fish dishes with great skill, simplicity and a perfect grill timing (sardines, sea bass, Ibizan shrimp, squid, tuna fish…) accompanied with “Ensalada Payesa” (Ibizan-style potato salad). For those who don’t wish to have fish, in this genuine beach bar they also serve great Cabrito Chops. And for dessert “Flaó” (sheep milk cheesecake with spearmint) and “Café Caleta” (black coffee with liquor), typical of Ibiza.
