Ibiza is a very photogenic island, with many places to photograph. It’s common that tourists keep taking out their phones or cameras, either to capture the landscapes, a sunset or its traditional architecture. Here we show you the seven most photographed places in Ibiza.
One of them is the market of Las Dalias, with numerous hippie stalls where you can find fashion, crafts, home decor, jewelry and costume jewelry. The entire atmosphere here takes us back to the wildest and hippie Ibiza of the 70s.
Another excellent spot for photo shooting is the incredible sunset at the beach of Benirràs. The best time to enjoy it is on Sundays, when many hippies gather to play drums and dance to the percussion rhythms in this beautiful beach in the north of the island. A song to the sunset with great atmosphere where you can enjoy the most uninhibited side of Ibiza and breathe freedom.
Another must photo to have in your camera or smartphone is an image of the beach of Ses Salines, located in the Natural Park of Ses Salines. A virgin landscape, dominated by the salt ponds and by birds of all kinds. The beach, one of the most beautiful ones on the island, is a long sand extension with many cool & chic beach bars and great atmosphere.
Especially beautiful and easy to photograph is the beach of Cala Comte, in the Sant Josep area, dominated by the island of s’Illa des Bosc. The sunsets in this part of the island are absolutely fascinating, showing the whole palette of colors. A particularly good view is from Sunset Ashram beach bar, where you can have a nice drink while enjoying the sunset.
Another thing we can’t miss if we want to keep a good memento on our camera is the walled city of Dalt Vila, a World Heritage Site in 1999. Its streets, its Renaissance walls, the cathedral and the views we can enjoy from the top well deserve to be captured on our camera.
Another great place for our Ibiza album is a photo of Es Vedrà. This stunning island that can be seen from the beautiful beach of Cala d’Hort has a magical aura. It’s very nice at any hour, but especially beautiful during sunset.
And obviously, we have to photograph the internationally famous Ibizan nightlife. Its bars and clubs are famous worldwide. The glamor, color and elegance of its terraces and the fascination that nightclubs provoke are some of the most photographed themes on the island.
