The beach of Cala Carbó is located in the south part of the island, in the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. Protected by hills and surrounded by pines. A very Ibiza style cove beach. With sand and rounded stones. Shallow seashore and crystalline waters. Although not very extensive, this beach has two magnificent restaurants with top quality cuisine, perfect for enjoying the best fresh fish and seafood dishes from the Ibizan sea, as well as its traditional paellas and seafood rice dishes.
