In the “Agrupació de defensa vegetal i sanitària de l’olivar d’Eivissa” (Association for the protection of Ibizan Olive Trees), you can find the brand Can Garrovers, which makes Ibiza extra virgin olive oil.
From the arbequina, picual, villalonga and Ibicenco empeltre olive tree varieties. Located in the fields of Can Garrovers, near Benirràs, in “Los Amunts” area in Sant Miquel de Balansat.
The olive oil is elaborated in the Can Joan Benet oil mill, in Sant Josep. Resulting an averaged ripe, fruity and averaged balanced olive oil, in spicy and bitter flavours, with a 0.18% of acidity.
Post-it: It’s sold in glass oil bottles of 250ml and 500ml, and in 2 and 5 liter plastic big bottles.
